Job Overview
VW Mart & Cafe is looking for an experienced Cafe Operations Manager to lead and manage overall cafe operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, deep operational knowledge, and experience handling high-volume food chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete cafe operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and service excellence
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards.
Requirement -
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in cafe/restaurant operations
- Mandatory qualification in Hotel Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Hands-on experience in managing high footfall outlets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Industry Experience -
- Candidates with experience in leading brands like McDonald’s, Domino’s, Burger King, La Pino’z will be highly preferred

Salary
💰 Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and profile)
