We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager, Minerals Cafe (Noida – Sector 104)
We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can take full ownership of operations, team training, and daily sales.
This is not a desk role. You’ll be on the floor, driving service, managing staff, and pushing revenue every single day.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing daily café operations end-to-end
• Driving sales & improving average billing
• Handling customers and resolving issues instantly
• Leading and training the service team
• Controlling inventory, wastage & overall discipline
• Ensuring top-notch ambience and service experience
What we’re looking for:
• 2–6 years experience in café/restaurant management
• Barista and Bar Knowledge mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Customer Service Mindset(very important)
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
• Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
Location: Sector 104, Noida
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 + performance incentives
