Job Title: Café In-Charge
Location: Kickstart Cafe, Indiranagar.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
Responsible for P & L (Cafe in charge)
We’re looking for 2 team members to run our sportscafé. You’ll handle cooking, billing, and customer service — essentially managing the floor and ensuring guests have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations
- Prepare food and beverages (including coffee using the espresso machine)
- Take orders, generate bills, and handle cash/UPI payments
- Serve customers promptly and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Keep the kitchen and service area clean and organized
- Monitor stock levels and inform management, inventory management
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (or equivalent)
- Prior experience operating a commercial coffee machine
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred
- Good communication skills and customer-service attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a 2-person team
