Role: Store Manager – Cafe
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a cafe position at Coffee Brewery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee complete day-to-day cafe operations
* Manage staff attendance, shift planning, and performance
* Train team members on service standards and SOPs
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance
* Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control wastage
* Coordinate with vendors and central team for supplies
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and store discipline
* Prepare daily and monthly reports and share with HO
* Ensure brand standards, menu compliance, and pricing accuracy
* Support new product launches and promotions at store level
Qualifications -
Any Graduate/ Diploma
Requirements:
* Experience as Store Manager / Supervisor in cafe or QSR
* Strong leadership and operational skills
* Basic knowledge of POS, inventory, and reporting
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
