Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bilaspur for a Cafe Manager. The Cafe Manager will take responsibility for managing daily café operations, ensuring smooth food and beverage service, and maintaining high-quality customer experiences. Key responsibilities also include overseeing team performance, managing inventory, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Cafe Manager serves as the leader on-site, fostering a positive work environment and driving the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with a focus on maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Sales skills, including the ability to implement strategies to enhance revenue and grow customer loyalty.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as inventory management, is preferred.
