Role Description
The Cafe Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards in food and beverages, and driving sales performance. The role also involves managing staff, inventory control, team training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Cafe Manager will contribute to delivering an outstanding café experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and manage personnel effectively.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations for supervising preparation and maintaining quality standards.
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
- Leadership skills for managing and motivating staff.
- Prior management experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency.
