We’re looking for an energetic and driven Cafe Manager to lead operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations in a fast-paced environment
• Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain high service standards
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve strong numbers
• Ensure quality control, hygiene, and compliance with F&B standards
• Manage inventory, reporting, and store performance metrics
• Handle customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction
• Provide lateral support during peak hours and lead from the front
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Hands-on experience in F&B / hospitality operations
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Leadership experience in team handling and training
• Strong problem-solving and operational skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment
📍 Location: Beanly Coffee Cafe - Two Horizon Center(Gurugram)
💼 Experience: Relevant experience in hospitality/F&B preferred
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree
💰 Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA + Benefits
