Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager, based in Mumbai. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include inventory management, budget oversight, staff training, and driving sales growth. The role also involves addressing customer feedback, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and crafting a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent guest experiences and navigate customer concerns effectively
- Must have experience of 1-2 years and good knowledge of pet pooja app and P&L Report.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management to ensure consistent quality and operations.
- Sales acumen to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
- Leadership and team management skills to train and motivate staff
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control to maintain operational efficiency
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food and beverage industry
- Previous experience in a managerial role in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is highly beneficial
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
