Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead guest greetings & interactions (in person & phone) to explain about our concept and offerings:
-Take & serve guest orders, process KOT & billing in POS with accuracy
-Upsell & cross sell menu items, offers & experiences
-Address guest escalations & negative feedback with apt resolutions
-Capture positive reviews on Google/Zomato
2. Coordinate timely service delivery with the team while being very hands on in service
3. Manage inventory & checklists with the team with apt reporting to co-founders
4. Maintain and update team roster in case of any shift changes
5. Suggest guest experience & team workflow improvements based on floor observations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in arts, commerce or hotel management
Fluent in English and Hindi or Telugu (reading, writing and speaking)
Prior experience in hospitality industry, cafe experience a plus!
Self driven and passionate professional with a strong work ethic

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary based on last drawn salary, expected salary, relevant experience & interview performance. Accommodation allowance based on whether accommodation assistance is required or not. In house meal during shift hours. Opportunity to learn and grow into an assistant manager or manager position.
