Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cafe Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the corporate cafeteria. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, supervising food quality and safety, handling customer inquiries and feedback, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and operational standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the catering team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Finance and expertise in Financial Services to manage budgets and financial planning effectively
- Knowledge of Accounting and Auditing to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
