Role Description
As a full-time Café Manager at our Hyderabad location, you will oversee daily café operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing the team, supervising food and beverage preparation, ensuring inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. You will also train and motivate staff, address customer inquiries, and implement strategies to enhance the café’s performance and ambiance in alignment with Blue Tokai’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to deliver excellent experiences and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service management to oversee preparation processes and ensure quality standards are met.
- Experience in Sales and ability to achieve business growth through effective team management and customer engagement.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to manage a dynamic team and day-to-day operations successfully.
- Familiarity with inventory management, health and safety standards, and POS systems preferred.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields is advantageous.
