Steward- Full time, Stewards (Harrah's SoCal)

• Replenishes all nonfood items as needed.
• Clean and stock supplies, such as, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils.
• Cleans food serving areas, including counters, utensils, and food trays.
• Must be able to maintain the proper level of sanitation in accordance with health dept. and Stewarding standards in all kitchen outlets.
• Cleans and sanitizes all china and flatware.
• Must be able to clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
• Stocks supplies (plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils).
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Has constant communication and coordination with chefs, bussers, and servers.
• Follows instructions from the lead on duty.

Pay: $19.50 an hour 

• Must be able to work inside and maneuver throughout the kitchen areas.
• Must be able to tolerate hot temperatures more than 115 degrees near dish machine, when assigned for entire shift.
• Must be able to use chemicals that adhere to the cleaning and sanitizing kitchen procedures.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Must be able to operate dish machine.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to push carts, pull, reach, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes and silverware.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
