The Property Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategy for all hospitality activations including but not limited to hotel, entertainment, food & beverage, and citywide activations. This position requires a productive and driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis for all of Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas properties.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing Director on citywide projects, including large focus on digital efforts across email, website and digital signage.
- Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
- Assist managers with execution of entertainment marketing projects across the city.
- Thinks operationally about factors such as: pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property operations teams to deliver marketing support
- Support the process of design, production, and implementation of property marketing collateral across multiple mediums.
- Work with vendors to assist in delivery and installations
- Audit property marketing signage and update as needed
- Order marketing signage
- Assist with website updates
- Assist with creative and menu updates
- Assist with updating and auditing digital signage
- Help coordinate activations, including installation and auditing
- Maintain and manage property marketing matrixes
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem- solving skills are required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to move throughout Casino/Hotel areas and special event locations during the entire shift, including standing and walking for long periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, secondhand smoke, dust, loud noise, and bright lights.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, work at a desk, and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to respond appropriately to visual and aural cues.
- Manual dexterity to operate required equipment, including computer, telephone, copier, fax, printer, ten‑key, and videopoker/slot machines.
