Line Cook – Pin-up Pizza (Harrah’s Laughlin)
Harrah’s Laughlin is seeking a skilled, motivated Line Cook to join our Pin-Up team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen, love crafting quality food, and take pride in delivering consistent, delicious meals, this is the perfect opportunity. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll help bring our Family Style Service to life—behind the scenes and on every plate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas, subs, and appetizers to exact recipe and quality standards
- Operate pizza ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently
- Keep your area stocked, organized, and fully prepped for service
- Stretch dough, prep sauces, assemble toppings, and support daily production
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Mentor junior cooks and assist with training when needed
- Work with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years in a high‑volume kitchen; pizza or Italian cuisine experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Ability to work in a high‑heat, fast‑paced environment
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)
