Role Description
Skillnet Learning is seeking a full-time CAE Trainer for its on-site facility in Faridabad. The CAE Trainer will be responsible for delivering in-depth training on Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, developing course materials, conducting workshops, and providing hands-on technical guidance. The role also requires evaluating and mentoring trainees to ensure their skill development aligns with industry standards. Trainers will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training programs and implement best practices for skill enhancement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAE software tools such as Simcentre 3D
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, analysis techniques, and digital manufacturing processes
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging technical training programs
- Effective communication and presentation skills for mentoring and instruction
- Ability to evaluate and assess individual learning progress
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to skill development
