Automotive Crash & Safety Simulations
🧩 Role
Full vehicle model build & meshing (ANSA)
Perform crash simulations (Frontal, Side, Rear, Rollover)
Sub-system simulations (Seat, Door, Roof)
Analyze results & drive design improvements
Correlate CAE results with physical testing
Work with Design, Manufacturing & Testing teams
🚀 Requirements
Strong knowledge of FEA & crash structures
Experience in automotive safety & energy management
Basic exposure to NVH, Durability
Knowledge of restraint systems & HV safety (preferred)
Linux / scripting (good to have)
