General Job Description
Should be highly skilled in shell and solid modelling of metal and plastic parts.
Strong understanding of FE modelling methodology of welds, adhesive, bolts etc.
Understanding of Vehicle construction or architecture.
Usage of Team-center to download data is a plus
Technical Skills
• Co-ordinate the meshing and model build activities with team members and ensure adherence to client’s internal processes and methods.
• Develop high accuracy error free models for crash simulations using industry standard pre-processing software like Ansa, Visual Crash -PAM.
• Plan, estimate and distribute the work to team member based on client processes.
• Maintain record of hours spent on meshing and model build activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in workflow.
