Job details:
- Construct high-quality durability CAE assembly models for chassis and suspension systems, including the precise definition of constraints and load cases
- Perform comprehensive stiffness, strength, and durability analyses to ensure component integrity and performance
- Apply advanced durability CAE methodologies to support the development and optimization of suspension subsystems and components
- Partner with Chassis systems and component departments to provide analytical support for product development and engineering problem-solving
- Work closely with D&R engineers to enhance model predictability, correlation, and validation efforts
- Execute model-to-test correlations to verify subsystem functionality and ensure simulation accuracy
- Analyze and interpret complex simulation results, draw data-driven conclusions, and provide detailed technical documentation
- Effectively communicate technical findings, project updates, and recommendations to all cross-functional stakeholders
