Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success. What you will be doing: Develop layouts and schemes for composite assemblies, ensuring optimal design and functionality Create detailed CAD models and drawings of composite components Creation of CAD models and drawings of composite tooling Prepare comprehensive manufacturing information for composite production processes, including materials, techniques, and quality standards Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure effective communication and implementation of design specifications Provide guidance and supervision to Graduate Designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality work
