We are seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America to drive enterprise growth through a focused and data-driven ABM approach. This role will build and close multimillion-dollar deals with manufacturing enterprises by combining strategic selling, in-person engagement, and deep cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a highly targeted ABM strategy for enterprise and mid-market manufacturing customers (typically USD 500M–3B+ in revenue).
- Lead targeted outreach through in-person engagement — trade shows, private dinners, field events — to attract and convince CXOs.
- Initiate and scale large, company-wide projects (engagements) (starting around USD 100–200K, scaling to USD 1M+).
- Maintain a hands-on sales approach: meet customers onsite frequently and engage deeply in problem-solving discussions.
- Collaborate with the solution, product, and technical teams to co-create high-value customer solutions.
- Leverage manufacturing knowledge to understand customer challenges and position solutions effectively.
