Role Description
This is a contract role for a CAD Trainer, based on-site in Pollachi. The CAD Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on CAD software and related hands-on skills. Responsibilities include creating course materials, modifying curriculum to meet industry standards, instructing learners through interactive sessions, and mentoring participants. The role requires coordinating with industry professionals to ensure alignment with current and emerging industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong background in in SIEMENS NX CAD software
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and mentor diverse learners
- Experience in Curriculum Development, with the ability to design industry-aligned courses
- Proven Teaching skills with a focus on practical and hands-on training
- Capacity to adapt and stay current with industry trends and practices
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience as a trainer or mentor in NX CAD or relevant fields is a plus
