CAD Technician for Hydropower Projects
Responsibilities
# Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings of hydropower components, including, dams, penstocks, embankments, earthworks, spillways using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
# Collaborate closely with engineers and other disciplines (electrical, civil, geotechnical,
structural, heavy mechanical) to ensure coherent and efficient design.
# Contribute to meeting quality standards and deadlines by applying rigor and precision to every deliverable.
# Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and documentation for easy reference and project tracking
Qualifications
# Vocational diploma in CAD or equivalent training in CAD/CADD.
# Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in civil/structural drafting
# Proficiency in AutoCAD and ease with 3D tools (Civil 3D, Revit etc).
# Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects and adapt to the technical requirements of a transforming environment.
# Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
