Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad for a CAD Sales Engineer. The CAD Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing technical solutions, and supporting clients with CAD and mechanical engineering requirements. Day-to-day tasks include planning product demonstrations, offering pre and post sales support, and collaborating with customers to design and deliver engineering solutions that meet their specific technical and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Hyderabad market
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions with PTC products
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide technical support and demonstrations to customers
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
- B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with PTC products (e.g., Creo, Windchill, etc.)
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad market is a must
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE softwares
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales tools
