🔑 Key Responsibilities

Classify CAD models (standard parts, templates, skeletons, layout/gathering models) to ensure correct categorization and reusability across multiple products and factories.
Validate CAD models for complete and correct metadata, ensuring required PLM attributes are aligned with Windchill and downstream expectations.
Review attribute/parameter analysis outputs and apply corrections to CAD models, including bulk correction cycles supported by automation tools.
Update CAD models to resolve dependency issues, remove unused references, and prevent ghost objects in shared library content.
Simplify and correct family tables to ensure proper instance usage and reduce maintenance overhead.
Support Windchill check-in activities by resolving validation/check-in errors and ensuring CAD-to-PLM alignment.
Collaborate with factory engineering teams and the PLM team to align data quality, reuse patterns, and governance for library content.
Contribute to working methods, documentation, and user enablement, including CAD/PLM data standards and best practices.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in PTC Creo for part, assembly, and template modifications.
Working knowledge of Windchill PLM structure, metadata requirements, and validation/check-in processes.
Experience with CAD data cleanup, standard parts libraries, and engineering BOM practices in a PLM context.
Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze and correct large volumes of technical CAD and metadata systematically.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering and PLM teams.
[Nice to have] Basic scripting/automation experience (Creo Parametric API, Excel macros, Creo map keys, batch utilities, or SIGMAXIM batch tools).
