We are a manufacturing and exporting company of repute having turnover of Rs. 100 Crs. +, situated on Khandwa Road, at the outskirts of Indore.
We are looking for a CAD Operator – Garment Pattern Development to support our production and development team through garment pattern making and related CAD activities. The role focuses on handling practical CAD work including garment pattern development, grading, marker making, and supporting production-related CAD requirements to ensure smooth execution and accuracy in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify garment patterns as per sampling and production requirements
- Handle garment pattern making, grading, and marker making using CAD software
- Support sampling, development, and production teams with accurate CAD outputs
- Coordinate with relevant teams for pattern corrections and execution support
- Ensure practical accuracy in garment pattern development for smooth production flow
- Assist in day-to-day CAD-related work as per production / project needs
Required Skills:
- Good CAD proficiency (Basic / Intermediate / Advanced)
- Strong knowledge of Garment CAD software with practical working experience
- Hands-on experience in garment pattern development work
- Clear understanding of actual CAD work handled during internship / previous job
- Practical exposure in one or more of the following:
- Garment Pattern Making
- Grading
- Marker Making
- Ability to support garment production-related CAD requirements effectively
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile, or related field
- Relevant experience in garment / made-ups / apparel / textile manufacturing industry preferred
- Freshers with strong practical internship exposure in Garment CAD pattern work may also be considered
- Candidates with actual hands-on experience in garment pattern development will be preferred
