About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate External Mentor – Mechanical CAD to support and guide learners in developing industry-ready skills in mechanical design andmodeling. In this role, you will serve as a technical mentor, helping learners strengthen their practical understanding through real-time projects, career preparation, and tool-based learning. Ideal for working professionals who love mentoring, sharing knowledge, and shaping future mechanical engineers — all with the flexibility to mentor remotely.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct group mentoring sessions with Mechanical CAD learners
● Resolve technical doubts and provide real-time project support
● Offer career support including mock interviews, resume tips, and industry insights
● Promote learner confidence through consistent guidance and encouragement
● Share best practices in CAD design, simulation, and GD&T implementation
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
● Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in mechanical design and CAD modeling
● Expertise (mandatory): SolidWorks, CATIA V5, GD&T
