Role Description The CAD Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India. The CAD Executive will prepare, update, and maintain technical drawings and CAD models in line with project requirements and organizational standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering and architectural inputs, applying CAD standards, creating detailed plans and layouts, and coordinating revisions based on stakeholder feedback. The role also involves supporting Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows where applicable, ensuring drawings are accurate, properly documented, and compatible with project systems. The CAD Executive will collaborate with project engineers, designers, and other team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and apply CAD Standards effectively.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing interpretation for engineering and construction projects.
- Experience or familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and visualisation skills, and commitment to drawing accuracy.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, drafting, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow structured project documentation practices.
- Basic knowledge of construction or infrastructure project cycles and common industry practices.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple drawings and versions, and meet project timelines.
