We are seeking a skilled CAD & Engineering Specialist with hands-on experience in 3D modeling and engineering design. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools and a solid understanding of 3D viewports, tool ribbons, and engineering workflows.

Location: Fully Remote

Working Hours: Must overlap with India IST time zone

Experience: 4–8 years

Max rate card - $11 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D and 3D engineering designs using AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks.
• Navigate and utilize software tool ribbons and 3D viewports efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to produce accurate and manufacturable designs.
• Prepare technical drawings, assemblies, and prototypes.
• Maintain and update CAD documentation according to project requirements.
• Troubleshoot design issues and optimize workflows within CAD tools.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in CAD design or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following tools:
• AutoCAD
• Fusion 360
• SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of 3D viewports, layers, assemblies, and tool ribbons.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or product design projects.
• Knowledge of simulation, rendering, or CAM processes.
• Exposure to PLM or version control systems for CAD files.
