Role Overview
We are hiring Mechanical, Industrial Design, and Electromechanical Engineers with CAD and hardware experience for an AI training project. The role involves mechanical design, PCB integration, and workflow recording for AI training.
Locations: Gurgaon, Noida, and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Execute mechanical, industrial, and electromechanical design tasks using tools such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, KiCad, Altium, or equivalent
- Create and refine 3D models, PCB layouts, and enclosure designs
- Design PCB-integrated enclosures including mounting schemes, connector cutouts, snap-fits, and thermal/EMI considerations
- Record design workflows, decisions, and actions for AI training
- Review CAD and PCB designs and provide technical feedback
- Follow task specifications and maintain process quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, ECE, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical, product design, or electromechanical roles
- Working knowledge of at least one CAD tool such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo
- Ability to build parametric models and follow structured workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PCB tools such as KiCad, Altium, or Eagle
- Experience with enclosure design for PCB and electromechanical assemblies
- Familiarity with DFM, thermal management, grounding, and mechanical-electrical integration
- Exposure to manufacturing constraints, assemblies, or design reviews
- Prior experience in AI data creation or annotation is a plus
Additional Information
This is an on-site, project-based role. Selected candidates must sign confidentiality and invention assignment agreements. Work quality and process adherence will be audited.
