Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD Designer - Jewelry, based in Mumbai. The CAD Designer will create and modify technical drawings and design specifications for jewelry using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Responsibilities include translating conceptual ideas into detailed designs, producing construction drawings, collaborating with design and production teams to ensure feasibility, and ensuring that all drawings meet technical and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, including creating, editing, and optimizing detailed digital designs
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings to produce precise designs meeting technical specifications
- Experience in Design Engineering and understanding technical feasibility of jewelry design and production
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in jewelry design and manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Design Engineering, or a related field is preferred
