About the role

Overview

At CACTUS AI Solutions, we are building and deploying large-scale AI systems that power products and enterprise solutions across research, publishing, healthcare, BFSI, government, education, and enterprise transformation. Our ecosystem powers platforms such as Paperpal, R Discovery, and Mind the Graph, and multiple enterprise AI solutions used by millions of users globally.

As we continue expanding our engagements with government organizations and strategic enterprise partners, we are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Technical Project Manager who can operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with extremely short turnaround timelines. The Technical Project Manager will drive end-to-end execution of AI and technology initiatives, with a strong focus on enterprise and government opportunities requiring rapid RFP responses, solution planning, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves working closely with leadership, engineering, ML, and product teams to ensure structured execution, timely communication, and successful delivery in fast-paced environments.

So if you're someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, AI, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, let's connect!

Note - For this role, we are looking for Delhi NCR based candidates only.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of AI and technology initiatives across multiple business verticals.
  • Drive project planning, sprint coordination, risk management, execution tracking, and delivery governance.
  • Own timelines, dependencies, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.
  • Coordinate rapid turnaround of RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, product, DevOps, and architecture teams to align execution.
  • Support delivery of AI-driven solutions including Generative AI, NLP/LLMs, RAG pipelines, analytics, and enterprise automation systems.
  • Act as a key coordination point for enterprise and government-facing projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
  • Establish structured reporting, documentation, dashboards, and operational processes to improve execution efficiency and delivery predictability.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

  • 5–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery roles.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional engineering and AI/ML teams.
  • Experience working on AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, analytics, or platform-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Ability to understand technical architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, deployment models, and AI workflows at a high level.
  • Experience handling enterprise stakeholders, government clients, or large-scale strategic programs is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-ambiguity environments with aggressive timelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, NLP systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, SharePoint, or project tracking platforms.
  • Understanding of RFP processes, technical proposal preparation, and solution documentation.
  • Exposure to AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering and product teams.
