About the Role

The Lead Qualification Team serves as the initial point of contact for individuals expressing interest in Smart Green Card (SGC) products. This position is responsible for engaging with potential clients, conducting profile evaluations through video calls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.

Additionally, the role involves ticket processing, data management, and performance reporting to enhance the efficiency of lead qualification processes.

We are seeking highly organized and analytical professionals with strong communication skills who can assess client profiles, manage data effectively, and contribute to an optimized lead conversion process.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Intake, Screening & Scheduling:Manage inbound leads from multiple sources, including the company website, advertisements, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings via email, chat, or short discovery calls.
  • Schedule and confirm video calls with potential clients using Google Calendar and internal tools.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to minimize no-show rates.
  • Profile Evaluation & Lead Qualification:Conduct in-depth video call assessments with potential clients.
  • Analyze their professional background, achievements, and visa objectives to determine their eligibility for SGC services.
  • Categorize leads into the appropriate service plan:
  • Webinar & Student Plan
  • Ultimate / Copilot Plan
  • VIP Plan
  • Cross-Sell Brands
  • Address initial inquiries, clarify visa eligibility, and provide guidance on the next steps.
  • Data Management, Ticket Processing & Lead Handoff:Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all leads using ClickUp, Google Sheets, and internal databases.
  • Assign and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales team, ensuring proper documentation and background information.
  • Process and manage support tickets related to lead inquiries and profile evaluations.
  • Ensure all leads are categorized appropriately for follow-up communication.
  • Handle and resolve escalations related to lead qualification inquiries.
  • Reporting & Process Optimization:Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates, performance trends, and pipeline movement.
  • Identify and analyze patterns in lead behavior and sales performance to improve processes.
  • Maintain data integrity by regularly updating lead statuses and ensuring CRM accuracy.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve lead screening effectiveness.
