🔥 Open Position 1: Cable Design Engineer (Power Cables)
Focus: LV/MV Power Cables
Experience: 3-10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design power cables (LV/MV) as per IS/IEC standards.
- Perform design calculations, create technical datasheets, and select materials (Cu/Al, XLPE, PVC).
- Support new product development (NPD) and resolve production floor design issues.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (E-beam knowledge is a huge plus!).
🚀 Hiring: Technical Engineer Jr.– Design, Costing & Estimation ⚡
The Role: Design & Estimation
- Technical Design: Create innovative cable solutions that exceed customer specs and industry standards.
- Commercial Strategy: Lead the budgeting, cost estimation, and pricing for diverse cable products.
- Technical Mastery: Select and specify conductors, insulators, and sheathing materials.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain precision technical datasheets and performance specs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Expert-level skills in Auto-CAD and MS Excel (for costing/data).
- Familiarity with Cable Types (Power, Control, Fiber Optic), materials, and testing protocols.
