We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer to provide professional training to students aspiring to build careers in aviation, hospitality, and customer service. The role involves delivering academic sessions, grooming students, and preparing them for airline and ground staff opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions on:
- Cabin Crew Operations & Responsibilities
- Ground Staff & Airport Operations
- Hospitality & Customer Service
- Communication Skills (Spoken English & Personality Development)
- Grooming & Professional Etiquette
- Prepare students for:
- Airline interviews
- Group discussions and personal interviews
- Resume building and presentation skills
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and practical training
- Track student performance and provide feedback
- Maintain attendance and training reports
- Ensure discipline and engagement in the classroom
- Stay updated with aviation and hospitality industry standards
- Coordinate with placement team for student readiness
Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary:- Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
