We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer to join our Aviation Training Academy. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant training sessions to 12th pass-out students aspiring to build their careers as Cabin Crew, Hospitality Professionals, and Ground Staff. The ideal candidate should have prior cabin crew/aviation industry experience and a passion for mentoring young talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and deliver training modules for Cabin Crew, Hospitality, and Ground Staff.
• Train students on essential areas including:
• In-flight safety and security procedures
• Emergency protocols and first aid
• Grooming, communication, and personality development
• Passenger handling, customer service, and hospitality standards
• Airport operations and ground staff responsibilities
• Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, and practical demonstrations to prepare students for airline recruitment.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current aviation industry trends, airline requirements, and best practices.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and develop professional etiquette.
• Ensure training quality meets academy standards and regulatory requirements.
