Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Kurnool for a Cabin Crew and Ground Crew Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver training programs for cabin and ground crew members, focusing on aviation safety, customer service standards, and operational protocols. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and practical training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. While the primary workplace is in Kurnool. The required number is 02 trainers, competitive salary will be provided.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Flight Attendant roles and responsibilities
- Strong background in Aviation and Aircraft operations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in training or mentoring within the aviation industry
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training curriculum
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with aviation regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
- Certification or prior experience in aviation training is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hindi preferred
- Minimum 3 years of aviation or training experience.
