Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Cab Structure Design Engineer with strong experience in heavy equipment or automotive structural design. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cab structures, mounting systems, and related components while ensuring manufacturability, durability, and compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cab structural components and assemblies using Creo.
- Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs.
- Perform tolerance stack-up and manufacturability analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAE, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Support prototype builds and engineering issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and durability requirements.

Work Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Creo modeling and detailing.
- Experience in sheet metal, weldments, and structural assemblies.
- Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in automotive/off-highway/heavy equipment domain.
- Good understanding of engineering release processes.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to PLM tools like Windchill.
- Understanding of structural validation and integration activities.
- Immediate Joiners preferred
