We are hiring a Business Finance Executive to support financial planning, performance tracking, and business decision-making. The role will closely work with business and delivery teams to drive profitability, cost optimization, and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Tracking
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Monitor revenue, cost, and profitability for accounts/projects
- Support monthly financial closures and reporting
Business Partnering
- Work closely with business leaders and delivery teams
- Provide actionable insights on revenue, margins, and cost performance
- Support deal reviews, pricing validation, and financial evaluation
Cost & Margin Management
- Track gross margin, contribution margin, and utilization
- Identify cost leakages and optimization opportunities
- Monitor project profitability and suggest corrective actions
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and variance reports
- Analyze Actual vs Budget/Forecast variances
- Generate insights for periodic business reviews
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and policies
- Support audit requirements and documentation
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting integrity
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting & variance analysis
- Good understanding of P&L, cost structures, and revenue drivers
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Education
Preferred Background
- Experience in IT Services / Consulting environment
- Exposure to account-level finance / project finance
