Tax Associate / ITR Filing Specialist
Role Overview
We’re hiring a tax professional who can independently handle end-to-end ITR filings with accuracy and confidence. This is a client-facing role requiring strong tax knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete ITR filings across different forms
- Apply tax knowledge including deductions, salary, capital gains, etc.
- Coordinate directly with clients via calls and WhatsApp
- Handle multiple filings accurately within deadlines
- Ensure compliance and error-free execution
RequirementsRequirements
- Strong hands-on ITR filing experience (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Income Tax fundamentals
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership
- Ability to work under deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years in tax/compliance roles
- CA Inter or CA qualified preferred
- Finance/Taxation background preferred
- CA firm or tax consultancy experience is a plus
- GST filing knowledge is an added advantage
