Overview
This is not a back-office role. You’ll own ITR filings end-to-end, work directly with clients, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. We’re looking for someone who understands tax, communicates clearly, and operates with precision under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute ITR filings with complete accuracy
- Work confidently across different ITR forms
- Apply tax fundamentals (deductions, capital gains, salary, etc.) in real scenarios
- Handle client communication via calls and WhatsApp
- Manage multiple filings and timelines without errors
Requirements
Skills
- Strong, hands-on ITR filing knowledge (non-negotiable)
- Clear understanding of Income Tax fundamentals
- Good client communication and ownership mindset
- High attention to detail - you don’t miss things
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines calmly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tax/compliance roles
- CA ( Final or Inter)
- Background in finance or taxation
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy is a strong plus
- Exposure to GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) is good to have
