With a solid track record and reputation built over forty years, CA Sales Botswana has in-depth experience and knowledge of the local environment with strong trade relationships, affording brand owners and principals a full service offering into retail channels. The management team collectively has more than 200 years of FMCG industry experience. CA Sales strives for maximum market penetration for principals across five hundred and eighty-one channels and embarks on joint business planning with suppliers, customers and agents to ensure principals in-store objectives are delivered and the return on their investment optimised. Distribution includes inbound collection from South Africa. CA Sales Botswana is regarded as an employer of choice, providing employment to over 1000 people across its business. An in-house training facility has been set up to aid ongoing development and continual empowerment of our people. CA Sales Botswana contributes to the community through the Lady Khama trust, which includes housing initiatives and food hampers for a large number of orphanages.
