Role Description
The CA - Ops Head will oversee the operational functions of the firm, ensuring streamlined processes, team management, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategizing and monitoring internal operations, managing budgets, analyzing business operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role will require fostering an efficient and supportive work environment, focusing on developing and mentoring team members. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to efficiently oversee and allocate resources and execute operational strategies.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience in Team Management and Communication to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, management consultancy, taxation, and financial strategic planning.
- Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory. Experience in a leadership or operations-focused role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently on-site in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area with a focus on delivering timely and high-quality outcomes.
