A boutique Investment Banking firm headquartered in Mumbai with a focus on Real Estate and SME/Mid-Market sectors. Services include Syndication (Equity/Debt), Land Intermediation, Strategy Advisory, Asset Management, and Corporate Advisory. Future plans include a lending-based fintech for SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Funds, and Investors for fundraising
• Manage deals post-origination, including business selection, structuring, term sheets, closing, documentation, and fee collection
• Oversee strategy and P&L for the location in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Lead and motivate teams to drive performance.
• Build market intelligence on trends, valuations, and industry insights

Requirements:

• Experience in Banks, NBFCs, RE AIFs, or Investment Banks
• Strong knowledge of real estate wholesale lending.
• Relationship management, risk assessment, deal-closing expertise.
• Leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and sector expertise.
