🌟 Role: Performance Marketing Intern
📍 Location: Remote (Work from Home)
⏳ Type: Full-Time Internship
⏲️ Duration: 6 months (with PPO opportunity based on performance)
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
To support the growth of CA Monk’s B2C course sales and B2B leads through performance-driven marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. You’ll directly contribute to learner acquisition and revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
- Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team, or create basic ad banners using tools like Canva
- Monitor ad spends, analyse performance, and generate weekly reports
- Support A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and with the sales team to ensure ad–to–lead–to–conversion flow
- Research trends and competitor campaigns to identify opportunities
- Help maintain ad hygiene: budgets, frequency, retargeting setup, etc
- Work with the website (camonk.com and tools.camonk.com) team to optimize conversion funnels
Skills you have or are willing to learn:
- Strong command over Ad Copywriting – clear, concise, and conversion-driven
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.) to create or guide ad creatives
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Good with numbers – can analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
- Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals
- Understanding of user psychology, funnel metrics, and retargeting is a plus
What We’re Looking For:
- Students pursuing UG/PG in marketing, business, or digital media
- Freshers or early graduates with digital marketing courses or internships
- Has run basic campaigns (even self-funded/test projects are acceptable
- Passionate about ed-tech, skilling, or the finance domain
