Backend Developer Intern

CA Monk is looking for a motivated and skilled Backend Developer Intern to join our dynamic tech team. As a backend intern, you'll be responsible for building the systems that keep everything running behind the scenes - scalable, efficient, and reliable. If you're passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and love working with server-side technologies, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend systems using ExpressJS Design and implement RESTful APIs to support application functionality Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using TypeScript Optimize and scale backend components for high performance Use Git for version control, code management, and team collaboration Stay updated on the latest backend technologies and best practices What We're Looking For: Solid understanding of ExpressJS and TypeScript Practical experience with Git and version control workflows Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code Good communication and teamwork abilities Background in Computer Science/IT (previous internship experience is a plus)
