Manager – Finance & Accounts (On‑site, Bangalore)
CTC - around 20 lpa
Location - Hebbal, Bangalore, Karnataka
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
- Minimum 5 years PQE in Finance & Accounts
- Strong expertise in corporate accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and audits
- Industry experience in renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting: Oversee daily accounting, closures, reconciliations, and compliance with policies.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act filings; manage audits and regulatory submissions.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare MIS, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Treasury & Banking: Manage cash flow, fund utilization, vendor payments, and banking facilities.
- Internal Controls: Strengthen controls, process improvements, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal teams.
Skills
- Knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) & advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
