About The Role
We are looking for a
CA Manager to join our CFO – FP&A team. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams on financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business performance.
This is a
client-facing role that will provide broad exposure to finance and business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze business performance and key financial indicators.
- Assist in variance analysis and identify reasons for deviations from budgets/forecasts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide solutions.
- Prepare presentations and financial analysis for management and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely collection and validation of financial data.
- Support CFO-level reporting and decision-making activities.
- Participate in client meetings and visit client locations as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and better financial controls.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.
Candidate Profile
- CA Qualified with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and travelling for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
