Key Responsibilities
? Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts using software like Tally, Zoho Books, or Excel
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements
Assist in bank reconciliations
? Audit & Assurance
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
Verify financial records and supporting documents
Draft audit reports and working papers
? Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR)
Assist with GST registration, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and compliance
Support in tax planning and assessments
? Compliance & Regulatory Work
ROC filings and company law compliance
Assist with incorporation of companies/LLPs
Maintain statutory records
? Financial Analysis & Reporting
Requirements
