Are you a motivated CA Intern looking for hands-on experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance? Join our team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environment while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:📌 Accounting
- Assist in real-time accounting using Tally Software.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Sales teams to collect documents required for real-time accounting.
📌 Documentation
- Maintain financial documents in a centralized manner for easy management access.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
📌 Budget & Fund Management
- Assist in the preparation of monthly budgets.
- Support fund processing, utilization, and monitoring to meet organizational requirements.
📌 Tax Compliance
- Assist with GST compliances.
- Assist with TDS compliances.
- Support payroll-related compliance activities.
📌 Inventory Management
- Maintain stock records for raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
- Conduct stock verification to ensure accurate inventory records.
📌 Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Provide financial data and analytical support for business decision-making.
📌 Audit & Compliance
- Assist in internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company policies.
Who Can Apply?- CA Inter/CA Articleship students or candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
