Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for CA Inter or Mcom professionals with 2–3 years of experience, located in Vadodara. Responsibilities for this role include preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting audits, assisting with taxation compliance, managing regulatory filings, and supporting corporate restructuring projects. The candidate will also collaborate with team members on various financial strategies and provide input on mergers and acquisitions as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial reporting, auditing standards, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, and Corporate Tax Compliance
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Companies Act
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using financial tools and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or CA Inter qualification
- Prior experience in an audit firm or similar financial consulting role is preferred
